“Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)” has been much emphasized globally and the movement to establish the CSR standard has been active recently. Such a global change has been affecting the business management environment, and, thus, compliance now has been shaped into corporate culture and a business management trend.

Meanwhile companies need to be prepared for the ever-increasing legal risk associated with frequent investigation into unfair competition by anti-trust authorities at home and abroad, dispute over patents, product liability, etc.

Regulators tend to hold global companies socially responsible for compliance by strictly punishing them for any irregularities and try to prevent violations from recurring by imposing heavy fines.

This change at home and abroad awakens us to the importance of compliance.

In this regard, all the employees must understand and abide by compliance to make it part of our day-to-day operations.

All of us should have unshakable will for implementation of compliance in all business activities we do in order to guard against a brief moment of complacency and prevent it from occurring irrevocable damage to individuals and the company as a whole.
